Cold Weather Shipping Information
If temperatures in your area are between 35F and 45F please consider adding a heat pack. If low temps are dipping below 35F consider postponing your order until there is a warmer stretch of weather. With that said the main thing you will want to do when ordering during cold weather is to follow the tracking of your order closely. Plan to have someone available to bring your package inside as soon as it is delivered. This is good practice regardless of temperatures but becomes extra important during cool weather periods. The biggest risk for plants during cool weather is if your package sits in a cold mailbox or on your porch. Bringing the package indoors promptly mitigates this risk.
NOTE: Orders placed during periods of extreme cold weather might be canceled and refunded at our discretion. This is to prevent unnecessary dead on arrivals.
Warm Weather Shipping Information
If high temps in your area are exceeding 85F consider waiting to place your order until there is a cooler stretch of weather. With that said the main thing you will want to do when ordering during warm weather is to follow the tracking of your order closely. Plan to have someone available to bring your package inside as soon as it is delivered. This is good practice regardless of temperatures but becomes extra important during warm weather periods. The biggest risk for plants during warm weather is if your package sits in a hot mailbox or on your porch. Bringing the package indoors promptly mitigates this risk.

- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands customers are not qualified for the Free Shipping program. Please upgrade to Expedited or Express Mail for faster delivery.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by U.S. Postal Service but if your packages were lost by the courier service, we will issue a replacement by 50/50, which means we pay 50% and the customers pay 50% plus shipping for the replacement orders.
- Please always keep your shipping address up-to-date! ( Debit and Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shopify Pay, Ali Pay, and other payment processing services )
- Any shipment being refused or shipped back to us by providing a wrong address or other reasons will not be refundable.
