WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for live plants or animals. There is some exception is for some of our dry goods. Contact us for details.
HOW DOES LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE POLICY WORK?
We have 24 Hours Live Arrival Guarantee policy. If your order arrived dead on arrival. Simply take clear pictures of the items with issue in their original clear bag and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery. If the 24 windows has passed we will not be able to help you further.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. All orders usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders including live plants/ animals could be delayed based on our preference to avoid weekend delays / holiday delays / unsafe weather.
Shipping speed is out of our control depend on shipping carrier. You can choose your preferred shipping service that we provided at checkout.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can only cancel your order if it hasn’t been fulfilled. We can not guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
